A selection branded templates is available for University staff on the Staff Hub. These templates can be adapted to suit your basic corporate and marketing and communications needs.
If you have a more complex design problem, the University's in-house Design, Print and Merchandise team offers a no-cost graphic design service for all University of Melbourne branded marketing and communications material.
Please note, the Design, Print and Merchandise team undertake work in alignment with the University’s Brand Architecture – utilising the approved design system, including logo guidelines, to develop projects that meet both client and brand requirements. The team does not undertake work for organisations not affiliated with the University of Melbourne and service cannot be offered to sponsors or partners as part of any contra arrangements. For entities that manage their own non-University brand, please contact the Brand team to discuss your requirements and alternative solutions.
If you are looking for web templates, please note that any website that sits on the University of Melbourne domain (unimelb.edu.au) should use the approved web templates and Digital Guidelines as advised and provided by the Digital and Online Channels team via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Electronic mail outs and digital newsletters

Web Content Toolkit
The Web Content Toolkit a useful starting point for staff to plan, create, maintain and govern web content. Resources in the Toolkit are designed to complement the technical guides for the various web platforms used across the University.
Branded video assets are available for producers developing videos presented by the University of Melbourne. These can be accessed by University staff via the Staff Hub.
All University of Melbourne videos should be produced in line with the Brand Guidelines, including fonts, colour palette, patterns, aperture, focus marks and use of the University logo. Note: You can use the video on the home page of the Brand Hub as a reference point.
